COMPETITION!!
We are offering prizes to the top accommodation manager and his/her top housekeeper. A prize for our overall winner and runner up customer and most improved every two months. To win these prizes we are looking for the following:
- Tidy linen rooms and housekeeping trolleys
- Linen NEVER used for cleaning and proper cleaning cloths are inplace
- Soiled linen stored correctly
- Kings Linen trolleys used correctly
- Respect for our linen
Winners will be announced every 2 months
Kings Laundry are working hard to bring down their reject linen percentage not only as a cost saver for them but for a better product for their customers. Every two months stock takes/customer service visits are put in place which helps build a better working relationship with our customers and allows us to see how our linen is being treated.
